Helen Cecilia Johnson

Our precious Auntie, Helen Cecilia Johnson, entered into eternal rest on February 9, 2018. She was the loving daughter of Delbert and Mandy Johnson, who proceeded her in death. Helen was born on August 11, 1944 in Conroe, Texas where she lived her whole life. She leaves behind to cherish many wonderful memories, her brother and sister-in-law, Delbert and Delann Johnson of Conroe, Texas. Her nephew Paul Johnson and his wife Julie of Montgomery, Texas and their children, Jordyn and Ryan. Her niece Rachael Archer and her husband John of Celina, Texas and their children Reagan and Lauren. Although she never had biological children, she claimed many as her own. She was a loving and dedicated childcare provider for many children in the greater Conroe area. To have known Auntie was to love and be loved by her. She exemplified the true definition of unconditional love and a void will forever remain in our hearts and lives. Pallbearers: Cousins, Keith Wiggins, Kyle Wiggins, Craig Wiggins and Keith Moore. Longtime family friends, Scotty Simpson, David Dabney and Don Archer. Visitation will be Friday, February 16, 2018, from 6:00-8:00 pm. Jeff Cannon, longtime family friend will preside over the service, Saturday, February 17, 2018, at 3:00 pm at Cashner Funeral Home. Graveside immediately following at Copeland Chapel Cemetery. In honor of Auntie’s love for children and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Delbert Johnson, 1606 Hailey, Conroe, Texas, 77301. The donations will be used to purchase needed items for Children’s Safe Harbor in Conroe.
