Our dear mother, Dorothy Louise Crisp Eades, of Conroe sadly left this world and passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 87 surrounded by friends and family. She passed away after a long and full life on Friday March 1, 2024.
She was a truly wonderful, loving, caring, and passionate mother and grandmother who was always there when we needed her. She was very loved and will be missed deeply. She will forever hold a place in our hearts. Her smile lit up every room, and we will miss seeing her and talking endlessly about her hobbies and interests such as gambling on slot machines, food and restaurants, camping, shopping, traveling, making jewelry and jewelry shows. She also had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community in Conroe, Texas.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Bobby Ray Eades, her father, L. G. Crisp, her mother, Aline Crisp, and sister, Patricia Polasek. Dorothy is survived by daughters, Mary Tune and husband, Glen of The Woodlands and Debbie Johnson and her husband, Chris of Edna and by her son, Tony Eades of Edna. She is also survived by Grandson, Jason Petrie of The Woodlands, Granddaughters, Misty Johnson and wife, Kim of Edna and Tiffany Johnson of Victoria, Great Granddaughters, Madeline Petrie of The Woodlands and Julianna Cervantez of Victoria and Great Grandsons, Jordan Cervantez, Jaden Cervantez, and Jase Cervantez of Victoria.

If you would like to pay your respects , we would love and welcome you to come and honor her. The memorial service we are holding in her honor will be Friday, March 8th at Metcalf Funeral Home, at 1801 E. White Oak Terrace, Conroe, TX 77304. Visitation is from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and the service will begin at 11:00 am. Interment will be at 1:30 pm at Magnolia Park Cemetery in Dayton, Texas.
