Survived by parents, Gene and Alma Burkett; children, Shawn Burkett; Chris and Amy Burkett, Tasha Burkett and Jason Burkett. Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grand Children. Robert Brandon Fortner and wife, Meagan, with children, Hadley and Layton; Shelby Russell; Dylan Adrianson; Kylee Mullins; CJ Burkett; Jaydon Adrianson and Braden Mullins. Too many life-long friends to count or name.

Celebration of life will be held Saturday, July 2, 2022 from 10:00am to 11:00am in Cashner Oak Hall. Inurnment will follow in Garden Park Cemetery.
