Charles is survived by his beloved wife, Jenyfer Rivette, and their cherished children: Tyler Ulyses Rivette, Adilynn Faith Rivette, and Ava Grayce Rivette. In addition to his immediate family, he is mourned by his mother-in-law, Maria Ortega, and his brothers: Tim Rivette, Scott Rivette, and Dolan Rivette.
Remembering those who have gone before him, Charles joins his late mother, Margaret Ann Rivette, and his father, Donald Charles Rivette, in eternal rest. He also reunites with his father-in-law, Ulises Ortega, who preceded him in death.

A visitation for Charles will be held Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, TX 77303. A funeral service will occur Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Woodlands Church, 1 Fellowship Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77384. A graveside will occur Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at Garden Park Cemetery, 801 Teas Rd, Conroe, TX 77303.
