Anna Margaret Riggs was born September 6, 1943 in Angleton, Texas to J.C. and Mary Gladys Plummer Winningham, and went to her Heavenly Home on November 7, 2015 at the age of 72. She was a graduate of Sam Houston State University in 1969. Anna was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, William Riggs of Montgomery, Texas; daughters, Allison Riggs Small and husband Brad of Phoenix, Arizona and Adriane Riggs Lakin and husband Phil Jr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma; son, Stephen Eric Riggs and wife Haley of Franklin, Tennessee; sister, Brenda Lea Carroll and husband Don of The Woodlands, Texas; grandchildren, Sarai Smith and husband Scott, Christopher Small and wife Brigid, Brooks Lakin, Alex Lakin, Cooper Lakin and Anna Claire Riggs; great granddaughter, Mary Allison Small; niece, Robin Werderich; nephews, Jay Runkel and Hal Runkel; great nieces, Bailey Werderich, Shelby Werderich and Hannah Runkel; great nephew Brandon Runkel. Visitation will be at Cashner Funeral Home on Monday, November 9, 2015 from 5-7pm. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at the Conroe Church of Christ at 10am with Steve Yates officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden Park Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be: John Bodtman, Louie Werderich, Jay Runkel, Brad Small, Phil Lakin Jr. and Roland Morgan.
