In addition to her parents, Regina is preceded in death by her sister, Julia King.
Those left to cherish her memory are her fiancé, Wendell Howard; daughters, Brandi Surratt (Tim), and Kelsey Sigmon (Jonathan); sister Gloria Costin; grandchildren, Kayleigh, Kyleigh, Ryleigh, and Colt; nephew, Tommy Morrison; and nieces, Wendy McMurray and Christy Holmstrom.
A Gathering of Friends will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Drum Funeral Home Chapel, Conover NC.
