She was born December 22, 1954 in Corcoran, California to Melvin Roy and Zelma Pearl Bitticks Atkins. Victoria was a member of the Women of the Moose and volunteered at benefits there and at the Veterans of Foreign Wars. She enjoyed time with her family and friends and cherished time spent with her grandchildren.
Victoria is survived by her daughters and their spouses: Charlotte C. Peura and Jim of Beach Park, Illinois, Crystal S. Saylor of Hamilton, Ohio, Tracy Marrie Robinson and Larry of Bellevue, Kentucky; a step-daughter: Ambria D. Robinson of Hamilton, Ohio; nine grandchildren: Jacob Peura, Cierra Saylor, Madison Campbell, Kady Campbell, Caroline Parsley, Stanley Robinson, Payton Adams, Morgan and Braydon Rhodus; three siblings and their spouses: Sammy Atkins and Jeanie of Madisonville, Kentucky, Carol Avis, Debi Mower and Tony, all of Wichita, Kansas; her companion: Elmer “Dusty” Lucas of Connersville; several nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to her parents, Victoria is preceded in death by a brother: Danny Leer and a sister: Nancy Dulin.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Moose Lodge where contributions for Victoria may be made to the Moose Lodge Benefits Fund.
