William was a proud, 11 year member of AA, where he found strength and purpose in his sobriety journey. When he wasn’t working as a window washer, William could be found handing out candy to local nursing home residents, fishing, or taking pride in being an active member of the Gospel Baptist Church.
William is survived by his ex-wife and best friend of 42 years, Jacqueline LaValley; his children Matthew Cooper and Sara Loring; his brother Lloyd Cooper, and his mother Charlotte. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 14 at 12:00PM at Blossom Hill Cemetery, 207 N State St Concord, NH 03301.
In honor of his memory, the family asks that donations be made to Pathways Hospice.
