Paul was born on May 18, 1931 in Manchester, NH.
A father, a veteran and an expert story teller, Paul loved the outdoors. He was a passionate skier and fly fisherman, two loves that brought him to discover many places throughout New England and beyond. He enjoyed recalling his days of skiing the Alps and fishing the waters of Montana, but above all else he loved being with his family, watching them grow and play.
He was predeceased by his parents Eugene and Beatrice Manseau; first wife, Nancy; his second wife, Susan; a sister, Virginia Halsey and a grandson, Shaun Martin.
Members of his family include his daughters, Lisa Martin, Philena Kaplan and husband Brian, Euginnia Seyferth and husband Brodie; sons, Peter Manseau, Jacob Manseau and wife Shaunna; sisters, Phyllis Dowd and husband Richard, Eleanor Manseau; grandchildren, Chris Martin and wife Kelly, Craig Martin and wife Caroline, Samuel Biron, Andrew, Caedon and Caitlyn Manseau, Grady and Maeve Kaplan and great-grandchildren, Steven and Cameron Martin.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, 158 Old W. Hopkinton Rd. Henniker, on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 10am. Reception to follow. A burial will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Paul’s name to Northeast Catholic College, a place he came to frequent in recent years, where they embraced him as one of their own.
