Sandy K. Campbell, age 76, passed away after a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Sandy was born on February 16, 1943 in Columbus, Ohio to Charles L. and Vera K. (McGee) Savage. For over 30 years she worked for Long's Bookstore and later worked for Sears and Mt. Carmel Hospital. Sandy was passionate about family, especially spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed holidays and family birthdays that always highlighted her gift-giving skills. Sandy was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. She will be remembered for her warm smile and friendly nature. Sandy is survived by her daughters, Kimberly (Doug) Knisely and Kelly Campbell (Mark Kirchgessner); grandchildren, Sam (Alona) and Allison; and her beloved cat, Molly. Family will greet friends on Monday, July 8, 2019 from 4-7 pm at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger (Hilltop Chapel), 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43204 where funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, July 9, 2019. Memorial contributions can be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. )
