Sandra A. Dingess

Sandra A. Dingess, 76, of Columbus, died Saturday, May 16, 2015. She was born December 28, 1938. She retired from Scioto Downs and enjoyed going "junkin" and bingo. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be missed. She is preceded in death by her husband Herbert, son Woody, grandsons Tyler and Caleb, brothers Dale and Duane, sisters Marjorie and Janice. Sandra is survived by daughter Wilma Sams (Joe Vannata), and granddaughters April Barnes (Eric Campfield) and Lisa Sams (Max McDowell), great grandchildren Ciara, Kamryn, Payton, Kayden, Levi, Kynsley and Kolton, great great granddaughter Mic'ahna, sisters Brenda (Jerry) Cooper and Delores "Dobie" Klupp, brother Richard (Carol) Schrader, special friends Amanda (Joe) Moro, Birdie Atkins, Shortie (Helen) Temple, Doris Bussart and Bryon Scott. numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway where a funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 1 PM.
