He became “mayor”, “ambassador”, and a much beloved figure of his corner of Columbus while exercising his faithful companions, KC and Lady. His family would like to thank all of those individuals who have expressed their high regard and Love for our father. Dick was a fierce competitor in every sport and game he played and especially enjoyed golf, pool and the Advent Euchre club. He was an avid motorcyclist until the age of 77. He was a self-taught computer technologist specializing in Microsoft applications and systems. Though he was raised as a supporter of “that team up north” he became a true and loyal supporter of the OSU Buckeyes. Dick liked nothing more than sharing a meal, a libation or fellowship with his family, his church and his neighbors.
