Mary Beth Keister

Mary B. Keister, age 88, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, November 5, 2020. Mary Beth was born in New Lexington, Ohio on July 25, 1932. She graduated from South High School. Mary worked many years at Resch's Bakery, Sanese Vending and TJ's Lounge as a short order Cook. Her passion was painting. She painted all subjects including, flowers, landscapes, deer, trains and clowns. Mary loved to play scrabble and she would give the electronic version a run for its money. Preceded in death by her mother, Wauneta Hankison; Aunt Sadie Whitlock; granddaughter, Leila Sprague and her son, Noah. Survived by her children, Mary C. Morris, David A. (Debra) Keister, Keith Keister, Mark E. (Tamara) Keister and Lisa Keister; grandchildren, Brian D., James A., Crystal R., Stephanie K, Amy T., Stephanie T., and Jeremy; several great grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 from 4-7 pm at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43204 where funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at 11:00 am. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
