Marc Morin passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020. He was born December 12, 1954. Marc Morin is proceeded in death by his father and step-mother Charles Sr. and Blanche Morin, step-father Kenneth Hodges, brother and sister-in-law Charles and Elizabeth Morin, and grandson Brandyn Allen. Marc is survived by his mother Mary Hodges, his sister Kandi (Steve) Smith, his wife Barbara (Vogel) and children Maria Warsoldier, Nigel Morin, Regina (Anthony) Prince, and Melvin (Joanne) Allen, grandchildren Shayla Allen, Serena White, Chez Warsoldier, Caiden Prince and Jade Prince, and great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Marc lived a busy life, focusing much of his energy towards his community. He was active at the Native American Indian Center of Central Ohio (NAICCO) and the American Indian Movement Ohio Chapter (AIM). He owned his own automotive repair shop, Phase II and retired due to health. During his retirement, he found a passion for rebuilding vintage turntables for his beloved community at Audio Karma. Marc was also an avid conservationist, developing children's fishing and hunting courses at The Oakland Park Conservation club, of which his father was a founding member. When he wasn't fixing something, you could find him walking and talking with neighbors and always offering a piece of advice
Marc had no need for google. He had a unique ability to rattle off Ohio State Sport's stats and virtually any other factual subject. His deep wealth of knowledge about nearly every topic will never be forgotten but surely missed-not to mention his talent to always cross lines with crude humor.
A celebration of life will be scheduled for a later date. Services entrusted to SCHOEDINGER NORTH FUNERAL HOME. In lieu of flowers, please make all donations to Oakland Park Conservation Club, 3138 Strathaven Court, Dublin, Ohio 43017.
