Mario Joseph Moreno, age 49, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019 in Wheeling, West Virginia. He was born on February 21, 1969 in Columbus, Ohio. Mario was a 1987 graduate of South High School and was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles W. Moreno, Jr.; and grandparents, Charles and Etta Kinzelman, and Edith Moreno. Mario is survived by children, Isabella Moreno, and Joey Moreno; mother, Judy Moreno; sisters, Angie (Joe) Freeman, and Katrina Moreno; nieces, Michaela, Faith, and Grace; nephew, Jesse; grandfather, Charles W. Moreno; mother of his children, Stephanie Lilley; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Family will receive friends on Friday, February 22, 2019 from 5:00PM-8:00PM at the SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 East Livingston Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43232. Inurnment at a later date at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations in Mario's memory may be made to Disabled American Veterans or the Wounded Warrior Project.
