Please accept my deepest condolences to you and your family for your loss.  I am thinking of you during this difficult time.

My condolences to the family. 

I met Lucy while working at Barnes & Noble in Norwalk, CT. Following that, she introduced me to a way of life that drastically changed my way of living. I am forever grateful for Lucy for this. 

Some of my favorite memories with Lucy include working at Barnes & Noble; driving around in her Beetle; her being my date to one of my best friend's wedding (although I think she had a terrible time haha); shopping; eating at Orem's; reconnecting when she would visit Connecticut after moving to Ohio; phone calls about boys; chasing our new way life; and doing our best to trudge the road of happy destiny (IYKYK). At times, you were one of my best friends. 

I hope you're at peace, Luce. I'm glad we got to speak a few months ago and I'm grateful for our time together here on earth.

I wish the family healing during this difficult time and would welcome an opportunity to discuss further my experiences with Lucy.

Lucy - the week you left this plane we adopted 2 new kitties. It’s not lost on me that these cats we’ve been longing for popped into our lives the week you left it. We named one after you- Luco Kindred. A Luco is a small grove of trees sacred to the Gods in Ancient Rome. A sacred grove in the heart of our cat for your spirit to be kindred with us , watching over and protecting me and my daughter, as well as my clients who come for therapy and healing in my home. May us fellow sensitive souls who feel the big feels like you and struggle to be in these earth bodies be blessed by your infiniteness in spirit. I know you are helping all of us from the other side to live with fiercely open hearts..even though they’ve been hurt and may carry pain… and clean up the broken shambles of our souls so we can make this world a better place. 

Since you’ve passed I’ve both cried my eyes out and laughed my ass off being flooded with memories from our long friendship and even longer list of shenanigans. I’ve been retrieving memories I didn’t know I had as well as having songs pop into my head that were some of your favorites. Especially Wilco. 

The other night I lay in bed and had to move my body in a way that forced my heart open. I felt you there letting me know that this is the way. To open my lions heart ! you fierce Leo you ! to feel it all, the whole spectrum of emotion and love , and to trust I can handle it…Now, more than ever …with you on the other side, I believe I can. 

I’m both pummeled and broken open by grief and hope and strength all at the same time. I’ve never felt more in tune with the truth that we are all connected. We are only a mere thought away from oneness. The separation in this life is illusory and with your spirit present in everything and everywhere I go these days, I can’t deny it. it’s bringing me deeper peace. As only heartbreak can. I hope you are finding your peace now on a deeper level. I know you are. I love you so much.  


Even though we briefly met over the summer I will never forget the weeks we shared together. We had similar stories and losses and were able to relate to each other through them. I’m deeply saddened and just hope you’re in a better place, Lucy. 

Well... we were supposed to be posing like we were going down a roller coaster but of course Lucy had to do the money shot and smile!

Lucy was the sweetest little girl on the block.  Always adventurous and ready for fun. She certainly kept us on our toes.

I met Lucy about 3-4 months ago and I had the pleasure of getting to know her over a month or so from work. She was always such a super sweet, caring individual to be around, and honestly I don’t believe I ever even heard her complain or speak ill of any of the others even once  (which said a lot considering the amount of women we were with daily). 

She was the positive, mature role model a lot of our ladies could look up to honestly,in the aspect of being a mature, level headed, adult who didn't let anyone else or anything else define the way they acted or felt torward others and always remained genuine. 

I am truly grateful that I had the opportunity to meet and get to know such a beautiful soul. RIH Lucy, you are great missed and won't be forgotten!

Every morning she woke up and put her best foot forward with determination and love for others. There was one morning in particular I remember her playing music for us all on our car ride and she played all of Brittany Spears old hits and knew every single word as she sand along dancing in the passenger seat with a huge confectious smile on her face brightening all of our mornings!

Lucy was truly beautiful inside and out and had an old soul. I am grateful I had the opportunity to get to know, and work with her over this year. RIH Lucy. 

Lucy we went through a lot and shared lot together.  You'll always have a piece of my heart. I hope you found your bee I will always love you. 

October 19, 2019; my wedding day. All the months before that day we spent in long conversations, over tears and laughter - you encouraged me to continue to look for the good that I had rather than be in self- pity over "high-class problems".  You always were a big sister helping me pull the camera back to see the bigger picture! Your memory will live on in my heart and as a part of my life's story!
