Kevin Scott Millington

Kevin Scott Millington, 53, of Columbus passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. He was born on September 19, 1970 in Columbus, Ohio. Kevin graduated from Bexley High School, Class of 1989. He owned and operated Millington Brothers with his twin brother. Kevin enjoyed fishing and was an avid Buckeye fan. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Evelyn and Harold Millington and Dorothy (Max) Dillon; aunts and uncles, Brenda Millington, Mildred (Harold) McKee, and Marguerite (Floyd) Bradford. Kevin is survived by his sons, Taylor (Shelby) Millington and Riley Millington; life-partner, Margaret Latta; parents, Jerry (Barb) Millington and Barbara (Richard) Dubocq; twin brother, Michael Allen Millington; sister, Jennifer “Jamie” Millington; step-siblings, Tammy Hanes, Chris (Cindy) Hanes, Jeff (Berenice) Hanes, and Michael (Michelle) Dubocq; uncle, Dave (Barb) Millington; aunts, Kimmie (Don) Smith and Nancy (Kevin) Henderson; many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends. A special thank you to ICU nurses at Mt. Carmel East: Laura, Zach, and Greg as well as Dr. Charles Miller for their loving care of Kevin and his family the past few weeks. Family will receive friends 2-4 pm Sunday, May 19, 2024 at Schoedinger East, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. Columbus, OH 43232 with the funeral service beginning at 4 pm. Please dress casual – come as you are. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice in memory of Kevin.
