Kathryn Ann Palmer, age 82, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Mt. Carmel Grove City. She is survived by her children, David Palmer, James Palmer, William Palmer, Thomas (Cara Bullett) Palmer, Karen Bowers, grandchildren, Aliyah Palmer, Thomas Allen "TJ" Palmer Jr., Alexis Bowers, Dustin Bowers, Kyra Bullett, great grandchildren, Ireland Rose Bowers, Henry Lloyd, Natalie Palmer and 1 expected in June, sister, Carolyn "Katy" Foster. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Ruby Foster, brother, George "Pat" Foster. Kathryn was a graduate of Ironton High School. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. While working out of the home she worked at the Ramada Inn on Stringtown Rd as a cook. The family is planning a service to be held at a later date. Arrangements by SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY.
