Janice Margaret Schall

Janice M. Schall, age 103, passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2025. Janice was born in Columbus, Ohio on September 4, 1921 to the late Frederick and Violet (Turner) Wilhelm. Also preceded in death by her husband of 64 years John Joseph Schall; son James Schall: daughter in law Barbara Schall; granddaughter Julie Schall Cooper; great-granddaughter Jennifer Janice Schall; and brother Robert Dale Wilhelm. Janice was a graduate of North High School. Janice and a few of her girlfriends formed a group in 1938 called the Jeepers Creepers. These women remained best friends for the rest of their lives. Janice and her husband John were long time members of Riverside United Methodist Church. Janice was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes football fan. Janice will be deeply missed by her loving son John F. Schall; grandchildren Bob Schall, Jeanne (Ray) Horgan, Tim Schall, Jason Schall, and Jeromy Schall; great-grandchildren Breanna Schall, Jessica Horgan, and Brandon Horgan. Janice will be laid to rest next to her husband John at Green Lawn Cemetery.
