Donald Adkins

Donald, Adkins, age 87, of Reynoldsburg, died Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at The Inn at Summit Trail. He was born August 25, 1934 in Abraham, WVA, the youngest of eleven children to Sam and Nancy (Smith) Adkins. Don retired as a pattern and dye specialist with the R.G. Barry Corporation following 48 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife Lou Ella Adkins in 2007. Don will be sorely missed by his children, Zane (Amy) Adkins and Elaine Adkins; grandsons, Seth Adkins (fiancé, Heather) and Matthew (Laura) Adkins; great grandchildren, Asher, Sienna and Chance; several nieces and nephews and many friends.

Don was a talented guitarist and harmonica player, who with his wife Lou Ella, would often be seen singing at church and at area nursing homes.
