Debra Sue Reed

Debra Sue Reed, age 63, passed unexpectedly on December 09, 2021 at Grant Medical Center. She was born April 2, 1958 in Chillicothe, Ohio; the daughter of the late Bernard and Wilma (Ferguson) Thompson. Debra was married to Robert Dean of Glenburnie, Md. On January 3, 1974; after the passing of Robert, Debra met the love of her life, Kevin Reed and married on December 29, 1990. Debra was a homemaker, who loved her family endlessly. Debra enjoyed cooking and going to yard sells. In addition to her parents, Debra was preceded in death by her late husband, Robert Dean; husband, Kevin Reed; and sister, Denise Thompson. Debra is survived by two sons: Robert (Christina) Dean of Salem, WV; Kevin (Melissa) Dean of Columbus, Oh. Grandchildren: Gabriell (Jesse) Davis of Clarksburg, WV; Cyle Amonette of Columbus, Oh; Kevin Dean (Brianna Bridges) of Columbus, Oh; Jacob Amonette of Columbus, Oh; Jason Dean (Candice Merrell) of Columbus, Oh; Logan and Corey Dean of Columbus, Oh. 10 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Also, survived by her siblings, Russell, Bernie, Mike, and Forest Thompson. Visitation will be held 4-7 pm on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Heart and Hope by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43204. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Galloway Cemetery, Galloway, Ohio.
