Catalina Canterbury

Catalina B. Canterbury, age 66, passed away on March 29, 2017 surrounded by family and friends. She was born in Quezon City, Philippines, on April 30, 1950 to the late Benito and Margarita Bejar. Catalina worked as an accounting clerk for Defense Supply Center Columbus. She was a member of the Christ the King Catholic Church. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, bowling, and spending time with her family. Catalina is survived by her children, Lester (Ellen), Lesley, Leighann (Kyle); Jane and Beth; grandchildren, Karris (Jon), Aaron, Aaralyn; great-grandchildren, Braedyn and Mya. She also leaves behind many friends and family members that love her. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Artie Canterbury Jr. and son Shawn Canterbury. Family will receive friends on Monday, April 3, 2017 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E Livingston Ave., Columbus, OH 43232 from 4-7 pm with a 7 pm prayer service. A graveside service will be held Tuesday April 4, 2017 at 11:00 am at Asbury Cemetery with procession leaving from the funeral home.
