Sandra Marie Jones, 70, of Shiloh, Georgia died on Monday, September 26, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 3, 1952 in Huntington Beach, California to the late Elsie Marie Torrence and Samuel Servia.
Sandra was an independent, self-sufficient, hardworking, and a family oriented loving mother and grandmother. Mostly she was young at heart and she loved spending time with her family, going fishing, listening to Elvis Presley, and playing solitaire and Tetris. Sandra instilled in her children and grandchildren her work ethic of hard work, do what is right and do right by others. She was a domestic goddess for the Medical Center for 20 years. Sandra made many friends with the nurses and staff over the years and considered them like family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and especially loved her.
She was not one for being the center of attention, so upon her request there will not be any formal services. Sandra will be placed in the family cemetery at a later date.
Sandra leaves her loving memory to be cherished by her children: Jeff (Crystal) Sheffield, Joyce (Kevin) Peters, and Cindy (Ronnie) Kilpatrick; her very adored eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren; her sisters, Penny, Wanda and Carol; and numerous other family members. She was preceded in death by her mother, Elsie Torrence; son Charles Sheffield; brothers: Bobby and James Torrence; and grandson, Jackson Jay Lowery.
