Jennifer Wilson Stamey

She was born on June 13, 1973 in Columbus, Georgia. Daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Charles C. Stamey. Jenny grew up in Columbus and later moved to Cataula where she was a member of Pierce Chapel United Methodist Church. She attended Valdosta State University where she was a member of Phi Mu Sorority. Jenny loved art and music. She loved all animals and always took in animals that needed a home. Jenny will be greatly missed by family and friends.

She is survived by her parents Dr. Charles C. and Anita K. Stamey; two sisters: Melissa Thaxton (Ralph) and Kiki Lunsford (Keith) both of Columbus; brother, Charles Stamey, Jr. of Cataula; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and great nephews; aunt and uncle: Mr. and Mrs. Paul V. Kilpatrick, Jr. and several cousins.

Memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 2:00 PM with Reverend Dan McMinn officiating in the Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby, Columbus. Family will visit with friends at the conclusion of the service.
