Edith Alice Jenkins Nagy, age 83, of Columbus, GA, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 11:00 am at Parkhill Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 9:30 am until 10:30 am prior to services and on Monday evening from 5:00 pm until 7:00.
Edith was born on March 18, 1934 in Warwick, New York, the Daughter of Edward Smith Jenkins and Abby Pearl Riggs Jenkins. She was one of five children, a sister, Ida Mae Jenkins, and three brothers, Edward, Russell, and Alex Jenkins.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Nagy; and a son, Thomas Frank Nagy.
Survivors include her two sons; Lee Roy (Marie) Nagy and Steven Alan Jenkins.
