Laurice Granger Dreher, 85, of Camden, SC passed away on Sunday, August 27th, 2023 at her home. She had been in declining health since March. Born in Union, SC, she was the daughter of Howard and Ozie Granger and was the wife of Larry Dreher.
Laurice graduated from Great Falls High School, then worked for the FBI in Washington, DC before returning to South Carolina. She then worked in various capacities of the SC State Government.
She was affectionately known to her friends as “Teeny.” She enjoyed traveling with her husband, gardening, reading, and eating out. She loved animals and pampered her pets. Sam, her most recent adoptee, was always nearby.
A graveside service for Laurice will be held at Elmwood Cemetery at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 2, 2023. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Elmwood Chapel, 501 Elmwood Avenue, Columbia, SC 29201.
