COLUMBIA - A memorial service for Graham Michael Pope, 39, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 15, 2024 at Shandon Baptist Church. The family will receive friends following the service at the Meeting Place at Shandon.
Graham passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, he was the son of James Alfred Pope and Lois Holbrook Propst. A graduate of Spring Valley High School, Class of 2001, he worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist with JT’s Auto Group. He was an avid fan of the Gamecocks, Chicago Cubs, and the band Phish. Graham was a friend to everyone, and wildly protective of his friends.
Surviving are his parents, Lois and Nick Propst; his father, James Alfred Pope; sisters, Catrina Pope Plyler (TJ Plyler), and Brook Propst; niece, Annabelle Lee Plyler; nephew, Thomas Albion Plyler; and a large extended family that will miss him greatly.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Albion and Louise Holbrook, and George and Martha Pope.
