Carol Eady

COLUMBIA – A memorial service for Carol Ogles Eady, 74, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 19, 2012 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel with inurnment in Bush River Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the SPCA, 121 Humane Lane, Columbia, SC 29209.

Mrs. Eady was born September 12, 1937 in Nashville, TN and passed away on Monday, January 16, 2012. She was a daughter of William G. Ogles and the late Eva Turner Ogles. She enjoyed her family and her dog, Blue.

Mrs. Eady is survived by her daughters, Carol Dawn Young of Irmo and Mary Francis Young of Columbia; grandchildren, Brandon Lee Poyner, Jr, Heather Poyner Shuler, Ryan Edward Flynt, Jason Ray Flynt and great-grandchildren, Brandon Lee Poyner, III, Christian Parker Poyner, Paul Leyton Shuler and Eva Blair Shuler and father, William G. Ogles, sister, Eva Joy Ogles and brother, William G. Ogles, Jr. all of Clarksville, TN. She was predeceased by her sons, Ricky Edward Young and William David Eady, Jr.; husband, Joe Eddie Young and sister, Gloria Ruth Moss.
