Janice K. Johnson

Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at Memorial Funeral Home in Columbia, MO from 10:00AM – 11:00AM. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 11:00AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Janice was born on October 20, 1954 in Columbia, MO the daughter of Garland and Lois (Murray) Douglas. She was married on August 22, 2000 in Columbia, MO to Scott Johnson. She was a girly girl who adored anything pink. She has accepted Jesus Christ as her savior. Janice loved her family and her cats. She enjoyed the Lake of the Ozarks, Comic Book Society and caring for others.

She is survived by her husband, Scott Johnson of the home; her father, Garland Douglas of Columbia, MO; one son, Jason Brown (Stacey) of Columbia, MO; one sister, Phyllis Smith (Mike) of Columbia, MO; one brother Denny Douglas (Dodie) of Columbia, MO; two grandchildren, Jaden and Devin Brown; two nephews, Zeb and Abe Smith (Stephanie); one great nephew, Harry Smith and one great niece, Kylie Smith. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lois Douglas and one sister, Connie Jo Douglas.
