Beloved wife of the late Wilson Shaw. Loving mother of Brenda Shaffer (Jack), and Nancy Berg (Richard). Sister of Louis Sowers, the late Warren Sowers, and the late Nelson Sowers. Cherished grandmother of Stacy Clark (Rick), Stephanie Horton (Chuck), Tara O'Neill (Jay), Justin Hermann (Megan), and David Berg and his fiance Angie. Great grandmother of Tyler, Dylan, Nick, Alanna, Madison, Abigail, Chelsea, Cara, James, and William. Also survived by many other loving family members and friends.
A receiving of friends for Martha will be held at Witzke Funeral Homes, Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Rd., Columbia, MD 21045 on Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, where a Memorial Service will begin at 11:00AM. Inurnment will follow at Linthicum Chapel Cemetery in Clarksville, MD.
