James Purnell Dolby, age 66, of Columbia, Maryland passed away on Friday, May 13, 2022. James was born April 24, 1956.
A visitation for James will be held Friday, June 3, 2022 from 10 to 11 AM at Witzke Funeral Homes, Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Road, Columbia, MD 21045, where a funeral service will occur Friday, June 3, 2022 from 11 AM to 12 PM. A committal service will follow on Friday, June 3, 2022 from 1 to 1:15 PM at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Rd., Owings Mills, MD 21117.
