Emma Marie Berger, 90, of Columbia Md, passed away peacefully at home on February 8th, 2021 due to illnesses associated with dementia.
Emma was born on August 18, 1930 to Emanuel James and Matilda Green in Johnstown, Pa. and grew up with brothers William and Robert.
After graduating high school she married Paul Gerald Berger on July 18,1950.
Paul and Emma relocated to Maryland to pursue careers and begin raising a family.
Emma is survived by her children Monica, Ann and Patrick, grandchildren Amanda, Paul Joseph, Grant, Preston and great grandchild David Cash.
Emma was a loving and devoted wife and mother to her family and dedicated neighbor in her community of New Carrollton Md.
Services for Emma will be held via live stream from The Well of Hope Lutheran Church in Pineville, NC on Sunday February 21st at 1:00pm using the attached link.
