Robert Sanchez

Robert "Bob" Sanchez, 82, of Colton, CA, passed away on July 14, 2024. Born on July 20, 1941, in San Bernardino, CA, Robert dedicated four years of his life to the US Airforce from 1962 to 1966, serving his country with pride and honor.

After his military service, Bob continued his commitment to community service at the San Bernardino County Probation Department, where he worked diligently until his retirement.

Known for his storytelling, Robert often shared captivating tales of his past with those around him. His generous spirit and willingness to lend a hand made him a beloved figure among family and friends. Robert was also the quintessential fixit guy, always ready to tackle any problem.

Bob's hobbies included fishing, hiking, watching movies, and tending to his garden and yard. These activities brought him immense joy and peace throughout his life. He also enjoyed helping and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

A service to honor Robert’s life will be held on Wednesday, August 14 at 2 PM at Riverside National Cemetery. Montecito Memorial Park & Mortuary in Colton, CA, is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Robert will be remembered for his generous nature, love for his country, and the simple pleasures he cherished in life. His stories and deeds will not be forgotten.
