Helen Joyce Baty passed away on Monday, March 20, 2021 at the age of seventy-five. Helen was born on July 20, 1945 to the parents of Frank and Wilma Aalbers. She was born in a small farming community near Pella, Iowa. Helen was the middle child of 5 children; Marlyn, Glen, Gerald and Wanda.
Helen and her family moved from Iowa in 1957 and settled in Redlands, CA. She attended and graduated from Redlands High School in 1963. That same year she married Gene Baty and were married for 59 years. They had three children; Howard Baty, Beaumont, Ca. Marla Baty, Hesperia, Ca. and Jerry Baty, Sacramento, Ca.
Helen was preceded in death by her mother; Wilma, father; Frank and two sisters; Marilyn and Wanda. She is survived by two brothers ; Glen Aalbers, Oxnard, Ca., and Gerald Aalbers, Texas.
She will be missed by her family, friends and church members. Our loss is heaven’s gain.
