Samantha's life here on earth was short, but those of us that knew her were truly blessed. She left an imprint on our hearts that far exceeds the quantity of time that she had here.
Samantha had dreams of becoming an anime artist and to work with animals, large and small, but never had the opportunity to fulfill those dreams. Her dreams to have a child came true and was blessed with a beautiful daughter.
Samantha was survived by her beautiful daughter, Mackiah, aged 2 years old, mother Leah Warren, her father Edward Mack, stepfather Dwayne Warren, brothers Jesse Mack, Christopher Mack, and Nathaniel Mack, grandmother Doris Miller, nieces and nephews Breleigh Mack, Raiden Mack, Kylar Mack, and Atreyu Mack.

A celebration of life is to be held at the family's home in Colorado Springs, Colorado on June 12th at 1:00 pm.
