Ronald Walter Kent age 81 of Colorado Springs, passed away on October 24, 2023 after a short battle with cancer.
Ron was born on May 23,1942 to Roy and Agnes Kent. Ron was a native of Colorado Springs and raised on the Westside. Graduated from Palmer High School. He was very dedicated to his parents. Ron served his country in the United States Army. He worked for Husser Florist, Old Town Lumber and Staggs Lumber Company. After retiring he and his brother built mantle clocks and assorted furniture. He loved growing tomatoes in his greenhouse and giving them to his family and friends.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Agnes, two step sisters, Anna Marie Aden and Nina Gilland.
Ron is survived by his brother Lawrence (Larry), nephew David Aden (Sue), Kevin Aden (family), aunt Shirley Gravatt (Bob), extended family and friends.
