Ronald E. Grand

Grand, Ronald Eugene, of Colorado Springs CO passed on November 16, 2010. He was born on November 25, 1931 in Park County Colorado. Ron spent his growing up years in Bozeman and Billings, Montana. He graduated from high school and college in Billings where he met his wife, Audrey Ann Barton. They were married November 4,1952 in Billings.

Ron and Audrey moved to California in 1952 and lived there until retiring to Colorado Springs in 1989. Ron was a successful salesman and small business owner. He was a hard worker and a great family man. He loved the mountains and skiing. Camping in the mountains with his family was when Ron was happiest.

Ron is survived by his wife Audrey; five children: Pam Watanabe(Mike),Gene Grand (Teresa) of Littleton, CO, David Grand, Salt Lake City, UT, Andy Grand, Lake Arrowhead, CA and Pauline Clenney (Taft) of Huntington Beach, CA: 14 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and sister Suzanne Lombardozzi of Billings, Montana.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, 2:00 pm, November 23, 2010 at First Presbyterian Church, Colorado Springs, 219 E. Bijou Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Deacon’s Fund at First Presbyterian Church, Colorado Springs.
