Born in Burley Idaho on December 30, 1953, she was the youngest of 3 daughters to Eldon and Elaine Brooks. Her family moved to Dugway, Utah when she was an infant where she lived until moving to Goeppinngen, Germany at age 16, where she graduated from Stuttgart American High School in 1972.
She was a wonderful artist and musician who loved people and loved to make them laugh. She had many grand adventures, loving friends and family. She was a gentle spirit and true blessing to everyone she met.
She is survived by her daughter Colleen Margaret Donnelly of Colorado Springs, son Micah Brook Donnelly of Pueblo, CO; 4 grandchildren, Alyssa Donnelly, Evan McMunn, Haile Pate and Kathleen Donnelly. 2 sisters, Linda Graham of Provo, Utah and Marsha Sanfeliz of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; and many aunt uncles and cousins, and her partner in life, Michael Howell.
She is preceded in death by her son, Timothy Shawn Donnelly, husband Daniel Baltzer and parents Eldon and Elaine Brooks.
Services will be private at a later date.
