Michael was born at Penrose Community Hospital to Monte Pinegar and Jennifer Jenkins (Anderson) on May 18, 1989. He grew up in Colorado Springs attending Sand Creek High School. He would later leave at the age of 19 to live in Knoxville, Iowa with his father, returning to Colorado in his early twenties to start his journey into adulthood.
Michael received his first passport as an infant and became a world traveler before two months of age, with his first destination being Germany where his father served in the military.
Growing up Michael always had a fascination for taking things apart to see how they worked and putting them back together. He may or may not have had extra pieces left over in the end which made his career in auto mechanics a perfect fit for him. After his studies in Automotive at Intellitec College, Michael worked at places like Walmart Automotive, Goodyear Tire Company, Auto Tech Plaza, Christian Brothers, Founding Fathers Auto Service and most recently Alpine Automotive Group.
