She is preceded in passing by her parents Felix and Norma, her little brother Ricky Gomez, brother-in-law Chuck Dave, and other brother-in-law Kenny Geber. She is survived by her daughter Rita (Jose) Martinez; Sons: Anthony Valdez Jr., and Timothy Valdez; Grandchildren: Veronica, Belinda, Justina, and Matthew; Great-Grandchildren: Elias, Tevin, Nevaeh, Bryce, Santiago, Lielani, and Elisa. She is also survived by her sisters: Carey Dave, and Bette Gerber, ex-husband Anthony Valdez Sr., and her niece Kimberly Franzen.
She enjoyed watching the New York Yankees, the Denver Broncos, and the New Orleans Saints. She loved drinking tea, watching game shows, and sending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family.
