She was born on July 5, 1947 in Chowchille California to Grover Cleveland Pilcher and Ruth Temple Piltcher.
Judy was a woman who was strong in her Christian values, always putting God and family above all. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church for over 40 years, where you would find her helping her church, praising her God, and singing along to many songs they would sing. She was a very intelligent lady with a great sense of humor, who loved to socialize which was an important part of her job as a beautician. In her spare time she could be seen with her family, loving and caring for them, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed sewing, cutting hair, playing the piano, and singing her Christian songs.
Judy is survived by her sons Donal Bell and wife Connie and Toby Bell and wife Diana both of Colorado City, by her grandchildren Harley, Damon, Danielle, and Toby Jr., as well as by her sisters Dollie Poor of Washington State and Shella Fox and husband Jerry of Colorado City. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, by her husband Donal Bell Sr. and by a grandson Douglas Bell
A funeral service for Judy will be held on Monday, September 16th at 10 am with Pastor Mike Foster officiating, burial will follow in the Colorado City Cemetery.

Pall Bearers will be Dennis Williamson, Josh Connell, Tyler Mrosko, Jeff Fox, Jimmy Bell, Shawn Pilcher, and Damon Bell.
