Ralph Benard Jacklin

Ralph Benard Jacklin, 78, of Collierville, TN went to be with the Lord on September 25, 2024. Ralph was born on February 24, 1946 on Long Island, NY. He graduated from Morrisville College with a degree in food service. After graduation he loved being in a kitchen of any kind. A little later in life he began work with travel plaza companies. He served as the President of Highway Services Venture, Travel Ports, and Sugar Creek Convenience stores. In his free time, he loved the outdoors. He liked fishing, hunting, and water skiing. Ralph was a believer in Jesus Christ and a member of the Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Ralph Jacklin, Jr.; father, Stuart Jacklin; mother, Betty Jacklin; sister, Linda Jacklin; and stepmother, Margaret Jacklin. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Michelle “Micky” Jacklin; son, Jeffery Jacklin (Rae); daughter, Lori Cooper; bonus daughter, Shelly Morgan; grandchildren: Raymond Jacklin, Kaylee Cooper, Courtney Cooper, Ryan Cooper, and Stacy Browning; sister, Beverly Jacklin; and sister, Janet Leone (John). The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Collierville Funeral Home on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 1-2 pm with a funeral service to begin at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Forest Hill East Cemetery.
