A self Proclaimed Chocoholic, Pat was born August 3, 1936 to Clara and Vernon B. Harrity in Pittsbrugh, PA. She graduated Baldwin High School in Pittsburgh and attended Kent State University in Kent, OH where she always had a smile.
Pat was a dedicated Mom who always supported her children in all their endeavors through life. She worked for Dallas County Community College for almost 30 years as a Photographer and was honored and inducted into the DCCC Hall Of Honor in 2007 for the work she did at North Lake College
She was very diverse in her love of the arts. Plays, Movies, Concerts, and visits to the museums were a a regular part of her life. As a musician she recorded and sang Jazz and was a member in the church choir at White's Chapel United Methodist Church.
She had a lifelong love for Sports and followed all the local sports organizations - Rangers, Star, Mavs and Pokes but Baseball was her true love. Growing up with the Pirates in Forbes Field to surviving the roasting bleachers of Arlington Stadium watching the Rangers.
She was a true "Green Thumb" and a Master Gardener. When she wasn't attending to her activities she would be reading the latest novel that the local library had to offer. Upon retirement, as if she wasn't busy enough, she volunteered her time to The Keller Friends Of The Library, White's Chapel United Methodist music department, and The Fort Worth Police Departments "Code Blue" Citizens on Patrol program.
The would like to thank Dancing River, Solstice Senior Living, and Sunrise Home Health for their loving care. We also thanks everyone for their loving prayers.
