Darci Renee Baccetti-Weisberg, of Azle, Texas, went to heaven on December 24th, 2022 in Fort Worth, Texas. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, fantastic mother, and best friend to all who knew and loved her. She was born on May 9th, 1964 in Seattle, Washington to Robert and Connie Baccetti.
Darci was an exceptional business woman. She helped run two multi-million dollar companies with her beloved husband Howard Weisberg. Together they bought and grew existing companies into larger, successful companies. Darci was in charge of all the financial aspects. Prior to that, Darci was the youngest woman ever promoted into management at QFC, a Seattle based grocery chain, that is now a part of the Kroger company. She rose to the position of Training Director during her 16-year career there. Darci attended college during this same time getting her accounting education. Prior to her working years, she was raised in a great family environment, spending a lot of time water skiing, swimming, dirt biking, and more, with her wonderful sister, Kristi, and the rest of the family. During her last 20 years of life, Darci became an avid tennis fan and player. She loved spending time with her tennis girlfriends, most recently known as the Tennis Chix. They supported her greatly during her battle with ovarian cancer.
Most importantly, Darci loved Jesus. She spent countless hours studying the Bible and serving at Gateway Church in Southlake Texas for 20 years. She raised both of her boys, Robert and Christopher, to have personal relationships with God. Last, but not least, she was a wonderful wife to Howard, with unmatched love, caring, companionship, partnership, and patience. She was the love of his life.
And boy, could she cook! Darci will be missed beyond measure.
