Joyce A. Pirwitz

Joyce married the love of her life, Donald Pirwitz, in Franklin Park, Illinois on February 17, 1962. Together they had two children, Mark and Cheryl.

Joyce was a beautiful, loving, woman, always smiling her sweet smile. Joyce worked for Rodgers & Miller Law office as a paralegal for several decades. She loved her profession but her real passion and love was her family. Joyce dedicated her entire life to being the best “Joy,” “Mom,” and “Neeni, making everyone feel so loved and cared for. Joyce also had a love for nature taking care of plants, flowers and birds; as well as golfing and going for outdoor walks. She also had a special place in her heart for her beloved dog Jessie.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Lorraine Deuter; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Albert and Bernice Pirwitz.

Joyce is survived by her husband, Donald Pirwitz; son and daughter-in law Mark and Christine Pirwitz; daughter and son-in-law Cheryl and Doug Middleton; and her grandchildren, Lauren Lewis and husband Tyler; Ryan Middleton and Devyn Pirwitz.

A visitation for Joyce will be Tuesday, August 16, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Memorial Funeral Chapel College Station. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 10:00 am at Memorial Cemetery of College Station, 3800 Raymond Stotzer Parkway, College Station, Texas 77845.
