Raised in Mattapan, Massachusetts, she attended St. Gregory Catholic School. Upon completion, she continued her education and earned a degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnston. She enjoyed a career as a supervisor in medical billing at CC&T and Atlanta South. She also worked as an office administrator in afterschool care at Main Street Academy.
She was aca longtime Sunday school teacher at St. Matthews Catholic Church. Pam enjoyed shopping, collecting home décor sayings, and dinners with close friends.
Pam passed away at Eternal Hope Hospice on Friday, June 10, 2022.
She was predeceased in by parents, Acie Johnson Jr. and Rosalee Johnson, and sister Ava Johnson Morris.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her son, Jason Johnson; her nieces, Alexis and Ciara Morris; her favorite cousin Mariam “Mae” Smalls; best friends Denise Gentry and Ivy Culberson, a host of cousins, family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 11 a.m. until 12 noon at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 5755 Mallory Road, College Park, GA 30349, where a Celebration of Life service will be held beginning at 12 noon. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
