Lenore Mae Kline

Lenore was born to Joseph and Italia Nardi in Carbondale PA on February 10, 1933. Lynn had a long and full life. She was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She loved her children and Grandchildren and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Granny Kline.

She leaves behind a very large family that she was very proud of. She had a vivacious personality and always kept people on their toes. She was world-renowned for her lack of patience, not holding back her opinion and a knack for telling it like it is. She always told you the truth even if it wasn’t what you wanted to hear. With that being said, she was genuine to a fault, a pussy cat at heart (or lion) and yet she sugar coated nothing.

She worked at a small car lot for several years but mostly earned a living buying and selling jewelry, arts and crafts and collectables. Her hobbies included textile arts, stitching, watching gameshows and cooking shows, going to flea markets and she loved baseball (Go Braves!).

She loved family gatherings, she was a master cook in the kitchen, and loved to eat. She could cook just about anything but coming from an Italian Family her best dishes were lasagna and spaghetti being the family favorite.

She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her Father and Mother, Joseph and Italia Nardi. Her Sisters, Rosemarie Kubus; Josephine Russin and Diana Yanochik. Her daughter Lisa Ann Kline.

She was survived by her Sisters Julia Mercatili; Celest Allen and Louise Taroli. Her Son, Joseph Petro and her daughters, Maria Delgado; Donna Kline; Diana Gibson and Angela Kline. She also had 11 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren; all whom loved her dearly and will never forget her tenacity, wit, charm, and undying love and caring for them.
