Patsy was born to Charles Berry Hill and Lorene Harp Hill on November 18, 1941 in Karnes City, Texas.
Patsy is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Kenneth Leroy Hill, Louis Allen Hill, Gerald Andrew Hill, and Timothy David Hill; sisters, Marjorie Ann Rich, Jacqueline Sue Stahl, and Linda Kay Hill.
Patsy is survived by son, Anthony Allen Varnado, daughters, Tina Denise Spiller, and Cynthia Diane Kinder, husband Mike and son Jeffrey Blaine Varnado. Brothers, Charles Berry Hill, Jr., wife Mary, James Michael Hill; sisters Charlene Grace Hill, Judith Katherine Schlichting, husband TIm; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Restwood Funeral Home in Clute, Texas on Thursday, April 18, 2019 from 11:00am to 1:00pm, refreshments being served.
Funeral Service will be held at Restwood Funeral home in Clute, Texas on Thursday, April 18, 2019 starting at 1:00pm, followed by the graveside service at Restwood Memorial Park.
