Shirley Jean Bowen

Shirley Jean (Reberry) Bowen was born on Oct 1, 1939 to Harold (Flag) and Beulah Reberry in Tulare, CA and passed on Oct 20, 2024. She grew up in Tulare, CA and Mountain Grove, MO and graduated from Tulare Union High in 1957. Shirley married Bill Bowen in 1959 and became a military wife going on to raise and love her 3 kids, 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Shirley is survived by her daughters Brenda Graves, and Janey Bustillos (Willie John), her son David Bowen (Michele), her brother Paul Reberry (Joann), sisters in law Pat and Glenda Reberry, brother in law Robert Bowen, sister in law Virginia Jordan, grandchildren Andrew Graves (Amy), Christopher Bowen (Jordan), Kaleigh Chin (Jonathan), Jessica Hetzel, Alexandra West (Raymond), Kevin Smith, Stephanie Bowen, Aiden Bustillos, 12 great grandchildren, her dear friends Roger and Janet Tiffin, many nieces, nephews and her wonderful, much loved cousins.

She is preceded in death by her husband William A Bowen, her parents Harold (Flag) And Beulah (Thompson) Reberry, and her brothers Delmer and John Reberry.

A visitation for Shirley will be held Tuesday, November 12, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Ave, Clovis, CA 93612. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Clovis Cemetery District, 305 N Villa Ave, Clovis, CA 93612.

In honor of Shirley, please wear pink for the service; it was her favorite color!
