Maria Alicia Brown-Silva

Maria Alicia Brown-Silva, age 76, of Reedley, California entered into rest on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. She was born in Tucson, Arizona in the summer of 1947 to Refugio and Alicia (Luzania) Espinoza.

Maria is survived by her husband, Gerald "Jerry" Brown-Silva; her daughters Libby Loop of Fresno, California; Veronica Fisher (John) of Reedley, California; Deborah Herrera of Los Angeles, California; and Patricia Singh of Fresno, California; her sisters Norma Crawford (Thad) of McKinney, Texas, Mercy Martinson (Tim) of Plano, Texas and Gloria Marichalar of Grapevine, Texas.

Maria was preceded in death by her father Refugio Yanez Espinoza and her mother Alicia (Luzania) Espinoza; her sister Ana Trujillo; her brothers Edward Espinoza and Carlos Espinoza.

A Rosary Service for Maria will be held Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.

A Funeral Mass will occur Friday, December 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 929 Harvard Avenue, Clovis, California 93612 followed by the Committal at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 South Cornelia Avenue, Fresno, California 93706.

Serving as pallbearers are Gabriel E. Rosales, Joseph M. Rosales, Luis A. Rosales, Keoni G. Jury, Ismael Arreazola and Carlos Bermudez.
